Effective date: 31 October 2026
The service and operator
Smalee is owned and operated by InMotion ICT Hub Limited, a company registered in Nigeria. Our address is KM 46 East West Road, Port Harcourt, Nigeria. These terms cover use of Smalee's Bio pages, short links, QR codes and related workspace features. Questions, support requests and notices can be sent to support@inmotionhub.com.
Worldwide use
Smalee is intended for an international audience. These terms apply wherever you access the service, subject to applicable mandatory local law. Our company registration and address identify the operator; they do not limit the service to Nigerian users. Features, payment methods and availability may vary by location, and you must use the service lawfully where you are located.
Using and accepting these terms
These terms form the agreement between you and InMotion ICT Hub Limited when you accept them while registering for Smalee or otherwise enter an agreement to use the service. If you act for a business or organisation, you confirm that you can bind it to these terms. If a feature requires additional terms, those terms will be presented before you use that feature.
Smalee does not set a fixed worldwide minimum account age. You must be legally able to enter this agreement or have a parent, legal guardian or other legally authorised person agree on your behalf where required by applicable law. Any legally required parental authorisation and verification concerning personal data must also be completed before the relevant processing. A parent or guardian may contact support@inmotionhub.com with questions.
Your account
Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials private. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account. If you use Smalee for an organisation, you must have authority to act for it. Report suspected unauthorised access promptly without sending us your password or API key.
Your content
You retain rights in the content you provide. You authorise us to store, process, display and deliver that content as needed to operate the features you use. You must have the rights and permissions needed for your uploads, linked destinations, branding and data collection.
Public URLs may be accessed or shared by other people and indexed by search engines. A page's enabled status does not guarantee that its destination, external content or third-party service is available. Test your published page, short links and QR codes before distributing them.
Acceptable use
Do not use Smalee for unlawful activity, phishing, fraud, malware, spam, impersonation, unauthorised disclosure of personal information or infringement of another person's rights. Do not attempt to access another account, bypass plan limits, disrupt the service or defeat its security controls. Collect information from visitors only with appropriate notices and permissions.
We may restrict content or access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security threats or legal requirements. Contact support to report abuse or request a review of a restriction.
Plans and payments
Available features, usage limits, prices and billing periods are shown in the product and checkout. Your access depends on the features and limits of your current plan. A feature being described on a marketing page does not mean it is included in every plan.
Review the total price, currency, billing period, renewal and cancellation information presented before authorising a purchase. Contact support about billing errors, cancellation or refund requests. Nothing in these terms removes applicable statutory consumer rights.
Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds
Smalee offers free plans and, where available, paid plans. Before you buy, the pricing page and checkout will show the applicable price, currency, billing interval, included features and whether the plan renews automatically. Recurring charges require the authorisation presented at checkout.
You may cancel a paid subscription before the current paid period expires to prevent the next renewal charge. A cancellation completed before that expiry will not trigger a renewal deduction. Unless a refund or another arrangement ends access earlier, you may continue using the paid plan until the end of the period already paid for. After that, access changes to the available free plan and its limits. Export or adjust content that exceeds those limits before the paid period ends.
You are eligible to request a refund of a paid-plan upgrade charge if fewer than seven days have elapsed since the upgrade. Send the request to support@inmotionhub.com with the account email and purchase reference. Do not send full card numbers or payment credentials. We will verify the upgrade date and arrange an eligible refund through the payment provider. Processing time depends on the provider and your bank. This upgrade refund policy does not remove any additional refund rights or other remedies available under applicable law.
Stopping use of Smalee does not itself cancel a subscription. Use the available subscription cancellation controls or contact support before the current period expires. When the upgrade refund is processed, paid access ends immediately and the account returns to the Free plan, with the Free plan's features and limits.
Mandatory local consumer rights
Our seven-day upgrade refund policy is an additional commercial policy. It does not shorten a mandatory cooling-off period or remove cancellation, refund, service-quality or other consumer rights that apply where you live. For example, qualifying distance purchases in some locations may have a longer statutory withdrawal period, subject to the rules for the particular service. Any request to begin service during such a period, or acknowledgement concerning a lawful loss of withdrawal rights, must be presented separately where required. Simply accepting these terms is not intended to waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Usernames and public addresses
An availability check does not reserve a username. A public page address is secured when the page is successfully created, subject to our rules and continued availability of the service. Usernames may not infringe rights or impersonate another person. We may restrict or reassign an address where reasonably necessary to address abuse, legal requirements or a rights dispute. Contact support to request review.
Our intellectual property
Smalee's software, branding and platform materials belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited right to access and use the service under these terms. This does not transfer ownership of the platform or give permission to copy, resell or reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits. You retain ownership of your own content.
Links, QR codes and third parties
A static QR code contains its encoded data directly. A dynamic QR code depends on the linked URL and the continuing availability of the account, destination and service. Before printing, scan the final exported QR code on suitable devices and confirm that it opens the intended destination. Changes, suspension or deletion affecting a destination can affect previously shared links and printed codes.
Third-party sites, embeds, integrations and payment services operate under their own terms. We do not control their availability or content. Analytics are recorded observations affected by tracking settings, automated traffic, blocking and retention; they are not a guarantee of unique people or business results.
Ending use and data
You may stop using the service and use available account controls or contact support about closure. Export information you need before deleting an account or resource. Deletion, plan expiry or suspension may affect public destinations. Personal data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
The service can be affected by maintenance, failures and third-party dependencies. Features and plans may change. Material changes affecting existing paid commitments must be communicated and handled consistently with the applicable purchase terms and law. No uptime guarantee is created by these terms.
Responsibility and limits
You are responsible for your content, lawful collection of visitor information and decisions made using analytics. We will use reasonable care in operating Smalee. We do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce a particular commercial result. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, a statutory guarantee, or a consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Applicable law and updates
These terms are governed by Nigerian law, except that this choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of residence. Nothing in these terms removes rights to bring proceedings in a court or use a dispute-resolution process where applicable law gives you that right. You can contact support to seek an informal resolution, but doing so is not a condition that overrides a statutory right or deadline. Updates will be published with an effective date and any notice required by applicable law. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
